All camper parents/guardians are required to read through and complete the set of forms below which include:

1. General Camp Information

2. Camp Registration Forms

3. Participation Agreement and Accident Waiver

Application Deadline: 

Completed forms along with camp deposit (at least $100) are required in advance reserve your camper spot. Remaining  balance of tuition will be due on the first day of camp.

​

Space is limited to 45 campers on a first come, first served basis.

​

FULL TUITION (2024): $400

Please mail completed camp registration forms, agreements & waivers, and deposit of at least $100.00 in cash or check to the address below (No Venmo, CashApp, etc.).
